Consulting
When it comes to making lasting community impact, collaboration is the name of the game!  Healthy churches and non-profit organizations recognize their limitations – funding, personnel, giftsets, and otherwise.  With experience in a variety of settings, a keen sense of strategy, and a positive approach, I’d love to work with your team.  Key areas of interest include integrating trauma-informed strategies to new and existing ministries, analyzing programs in decline and determining a path forward, and determining best practices for effective ministries.

Speaking & Teaching
Teaching is one of my greatest joys, whether it’s instructing groups at national conferences, mentoring college interns, sharing the Word, or any number of other settings.  Key teaching topics include trauma-informed discipleship and community building, cultural competence, program evaluation, volunteer management, and theologies of working with marginalized communities.
